Orders cannot be canceled once production has started, typically within 12 hours of submission. Once in production, customization begins, making changes or cancellations unfeasible.

We offer reprints or refunds for the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit
  • Incorrect item received
  • Lost package (with correct address)

To initiate a reprint or refund:

  • Submit a request within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Include photo evidence of the item on a flat surface, showing tags and any errors.
  • We process refunds within 5-10 business days.

  • Product dissatisfaction due to personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Issues within our production timeframes
  • Lost orders due to an incorrect address

5. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. If an order is returned, we will only reship or reprint based on the circumstances.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, as our products are custom-made on demand.

7. Substitution Policy

Out-of-stock items will be substituted with a similar product of equal or higher quality. Customers are notified if substitution is not possible, in which case the order is canceled and refunded.
